Retreat Participation Agreement Nervous System Reset Retreat | October 21 to 24 2027 1 Your booking This agreement is between Good Vibrations Events LLC (GVE, we, or us) and the participant named in Attachment A (you). It covers your individual booking for the Nervous System Reset Retreat in the Phoenix, Arizona area, October 21-24, 2027. All pricing details are in USD. The price is $2,997 per person. Your included services, accommodation details, and exact payment schedule appear in Attachment A, which forms part of this agreement. You must review and sign this agreement and the completed attachment before your first payment. Your place is confirmed after your initial payment succeeds and GVE issues your booking confirmation. If you expressly decline the required activity waiver, GVE will cancel your reservation under the cancellation and refund policy in section 5. Cancellation takes effect when GVE receives your express decline, and the Arizona calendar date of receipt determines the applicable refund tier under section 5. A waiver that is not yet completed is not, by itself, a refusal. 2 Shared accommodation Bookings are individual. Staff assign rooms and beds. A roommate request is a preference, not a guarantee. Each guest automatically is assigned to their own bed. If you would like to share a bed with a specific guest, please include that in your notes. A roommate request is a request to share a room; it does not by itself request or authorize bed sharing. A specific room or bed is guaranteed only if GVE confirms it in Attachment A. Accommodation may include a king, queen, full, or twin bed; additionally may include an upper bunk, a trundle, or a full bed located in a walk-in closet sleeping area adjoining the bedroom. Upper bunks require climbing stairs or a ladder. Attachment A identifies the sleeping types that may apply to your booking and any confirmed arrangement. Review those disclosures before purchasing. Shared bedrooms may include guests of different genders only with your explicit consent. If you do not consent, obtain a suitable arrangement confirmed by GVE in Attachment A before purchasing; availability is not guaranteed. If stairs, upper bunks, bed access, privacy, or another accommodation feature may affect your ability to participate comfortably, contact GVE before purchasing. Tell us what arrangement you need; you do not need to provide a medical diagnosis. Only arrangements confirmed in Attachment A are included in your booking. 3 Meals and dietary needs At least 8 formal meals, as well as light snacks, will be provided. GVE will provide the meal-service schedule. Any confirmed dietary arrangements and applicable limits are listed in Attachment A. You may tell GVE about food allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences before booking. GVE will confirm what the caterer can accommodate and any relevant limits. A dietary request is not confirmed merely through submission. Any arrangement essential to your participation should be confirmed in Attachment A before you purchase. Arrival is Thursday, October 21, 2027, at 4:00 PM. Departure is Sunday, October 24, 2027, at 11:00 AM. Times are local to Arizona (America/Phoenix). GVE will provide practical arrival information separately. Payments and cancellations 4 Paying for your retreat One initial deposit of $444 is due at purchase and counts toward the $2,997 price. The remaining $2,553 is payable in monthly or quarterly installments, as selected in Attachment A. The first installment is due 30 days after the planned initial payment date accepted in Attachment A for the monthly plan, or 90 days after that date for the quarterly plan. All payments must be submitted for collection by September 9, 2027. For a later booking, any shortened schedule or earlier final installment must be displayed and accepted before purchase. Attachment A lists every exact charge date and amount. An exact charge date is the Arizona calendar date (America/Phoenix) when GVE sends the request to collect that payment to its payment processor. For a card payment requiring separate authorization and capture, this means sending the capture request; a temporary authorization hold or an instruction merely saved or queued by GVE does not count. The payment processor or your bank may finish processing or post the payment afterward. That later completion or posting does not change the accepted installment dates or extend the September 9, 2027 payment-submission deadline. This clarification does not authorize GVE to place a hold, submit a payment, or retry a payment on a date you have not accepted. If you choose automatic payments, your authorization below permits only the charges listed in Attachment A. GVE will attempt to send reminders 7 and 3 calendar days before each scheduled automatic installment, with links to update your card or pay now. A payment made through Pay now will reduce the corresponding scheduled charge so you are not charged twice. If a payment fails or is missed, you have a 7-calendar-day grace period to resolve it. GVE will then contact you and review the booking with you. There is no automatic cancellation or late fee under this agreement. A failed payment does not itself constitute a cancellation request. 5 If you cancel Submit your cancellation through your GVE account or email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect when the account system records your submission or GVE receives your email, not when staff later review it. GVE will provide a dated confirmation and refund calculation. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for your booking and the Arizona calendar date when your cancellation is received. Count calendar days back from October 21, 2027, using Arizona local time (America/Phoenix). GVE retains the first US$899 actually collected, or everything you have paid if that amount is less than US$899. The following percentage applies only to the amount paid above US$899. Fewer than 30 days before the retreat, all amounts paid are retained. Once your cancellation takes effect, GVE will stop future scheduled charges and will not collect any unpaid retreat balance. Refund calculations are rounded to the nearest cent. GVE will process eligible refunds within 3-7 business days after cancellation. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Participation and acceptance 6 If GVE cancels or materially reschedules If GVE cancels the retreat, GVE will refund all amounts you paid to GVE for this booking, including your initial deposit. If GVE materially reschedules it, you may choose a full refund or expressly accept a transfer to the rescheduled retreat. Your silence will not be treated as acceptance. The refund-processing timing in section 5 also applies here. Travel insurance is optional. It is not included automatically, and coverage or reimbursement is not guaranteed. Review any policy yourself, including its exclusions and timing requirements, before buying it. 7 Participation requirements This is an alcohol-free retreat. You agree not to bring or consume alcohol at the retreat and to treat other guests, staff, and the property respectfully. GVE will request a separate activity waiver after your first successful payment. It must be completed before participation. GVE may also ask you to complete missing profile information. Signing this agreement does not sign that waiver, approve its future terms, or release claims for injury. Photo and video recording will take place during the retreat in a respectful, non-invasive manner. Permission for this recording is required for participation and will be included in the separate activity waiver. That waiver will describe the scope of the permission and the permitted uses of recordings. Review these requirements before purchasing if recording may affect your decision to attend. 8 Your acknowledgments and signature Review the complete agreement and Attachment A.
